1. Introduction

Welcome to Labsol Scientific LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the purchase of laboratory equipment, consumables, and technical support. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

• Purchase Orders: Orders are binding once a confirmed LPO (Local Purchase Order) is received.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments.

3. Delivery

• Timelines:

  • Local Orders: Delivered within 5 working days after LPO confirmation (subject to stock availability).

  • Imported Orders: Delivered within 3–6 weeks (dependent on customs clearance).

• Risk: Ownership and risk of goods transfer to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Warranties & Returns

• Warranty: Equipment and services include an  up-to  2-year warranty covering defects in materials/workmanship.

• Exclusions: Warranty voids if damage results from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation.

• Returns: Returns require prior approval. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid reason.

5. Technical Services

• Installation & Maintenance: Provided by factory-trained engineers.

• Training: Onsite training included with equipment purchases.

• Response Time: Service requests are addressed within 5 working days (subject to technician availability).

6. Liability

• Limitation: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, lab downtime).

• Maximum Liability: Limited to the purchase price of the goods/services in question.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in courts within Nairobi.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
